Installation Services. New Edge will schedule an installation technician to go to an End User's premise to install the inside wiring and CPE needed for DSL services. New Edge then tests the line to make sure the End User can send data through to the ISP Customer router.

Cancellation Penalty:

Customers within an active service term who are terminated due to violation of New Edge Moderations of Use or Acceptable Use Policy will be assessed a standard Disconnection Fee. All customers terminated for this reason are liable for any and all outstanding funds due to New Edge at the time of service termination, including but not limited to rendered service, hardware and installation fees.
