Andrew Goldberg
VP of Corporate Development
Andrew Goldberg leads Broadband National’s corporate development functions, including strategy, business development, and enterprise sales, and plays a key role in Broadband National’s M&A and capital raising efforts.
Andrew comes to Broadband National from AOL, where he held multiple leadership positions. Most recently, he led planning, business development, and marketing/channel management for AOL’s premium services business. Andrew also directed marketing strategy and program management for the broadband business, as well as cross-divisional growth and CRM strategy for the Corporate Division.
Andrew is a former consultant with Bain & Company, where he advised and assisted start-up and Fortune 500 companies on issues related to financial and operational effectiveness. Previously, he led multi-store marketing for Chick-fil-A, a $2B quick-service restaurant chain, and held leadership positions in both a marketing communications firm and in an M&A consulting boutique.
Andrew holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BBA from Emory University.
