Mickey comes to Broadband National with 20 plus years of successful management experience in competitive, customer-driven environments. Mr. Smith's successes include ownership of two start up customer service companies, Advance Reservations and Victoria Vacations, which became the largest of their type in the U.S. He has been the COO of a successful start up Indian Call Center, Inox Global Solutions, and the CEO of two Prepaid Calling Card companies. Mr. Smith's expertise in developing systems and controls that deliver the highest levels of customer service will benefit Broadband National's goal of becoming the premier online marketing company for Broadband services and products.
