Vinny Olmstead

President & CEO

Vinny Olmstead is responsible for establishing Broadband National Inc.'s strategic direction, overseeing daily operations and securing the funding necessary to grow the Company. He has more than 16 years of telecom, merger & acquisition (M&A) and finance experience.

 
Prior to Broadband National Inc., Olmstead served as VP of Corporate Development and Finance for GlobeNet Communications and 360networks from 2000-03, where he grew a viable international telecom business that was recently sold to Brazil Telecom. From 1996 to 2000 Olmstead was one of the youngest partners at the international consulting firm William M. Mercer (MMC) and specialized in M&A and business plan development for Fortune 1000 customers. From 1988-96, he held various senior management positions at KPMG and Coopers & Lybrand. He earned an MBA from the University of Florida in 1992.
